Enrique Fynn
Founding & Managing Partner
With over 25 years of international experience in finance, banking, and alternative investments, Enrique has been a Professor of International Finance at the University of Montevideo since 2008, teaching derivatives, securitization, debt markets, and alternative investments. Previously, he was Senior Relationship Manager at Man Investments AG, where he raised over USD 630 million in hedge funds and alternative products across Latin America, building a strong institutional client network. His earlier career includes roles at Banco Surinvest and the Inter-American Development Bank.
Enrique holds Master’s degrees in Economics & Public Policy from Instituto Torcuato Di Tella and in International Relations from the University of Brasília, and is fluent in Spanish, English, German, and Portuguese.
Aurelio Ledergerber
Founding & Managing Partner
Aurelio has over 25 years of experience in product structuring, alternative investments, wealth management, quantitative research, and entrepreneurship. At Swiss Financial Products, he launched cross-asset structured solutions, fund-linked products, and AMCs supported by proprietary quantitative models. Previously, at Man Group, he led business development across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada, raising assets for hedge funds and introducing innovative managed futures products, following earlier roles in wealth management at UBP and Bank Hapoalim in Zurich.
Aurelio holds a BSc in Business Administration and is fluent in German, English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Matthew Garrard
Partner
Matthew is an experienced financial services professional with expertise in wealth management, structured products, and fintech innovation. He has held senior roles in global sales and business development, focusing on cross-asset structuring, fund-linked solutions, AMCs, and alternative investments, and co-founded Brickflow, the UK’s first development finance search engine, bringing transparency and digital innovation to real estate lending. His career also spans advisory work in mortgages and client solutions, giving him a broad perspective across financial markets.
A graduate in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Hertfordshire, Matthew combines technical knowledge, entrepreneurial drive, and international experience to build strong networks across wealth management, asset management, and fintech, delivering innovative solutions that connect clients with financial opportunities worldwide.
José Ignacio Enríquez
Partner
José Ignacio is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of international experience in wealth and asset management, fund management, risk modeling, and actuarial consulting. Currently Portfolio Manager of several UCITS multi-currency fixed income funds, he previously held senior positions at Bank Vontobel, Commerzbank, UBS, and Swiss Re.
José Ignacio holds degrees in Economics and Actuarial and Financial Sciences from ICADE University (Madrid), pursued PhD studies in Financial Mathematics and Statistics at Concordia University (Montreal), and is a member of the Swiss Society of Actuaries. Fluent in Spanish, German, and English, José Ignacio also lectured in Statistics, Mathematics, and Finance at universities in Seville and Madrid.
Gerardo Zurbrügg

Based in Mexico City, Gerardo brings 30+ years of financial industry experience, having held senior roles at Vontobel and Dresdner Bank across Europe and Latin America. As founder of Pontum Management, The Collectors Choice art investment funds, Perluponte, and Lakeview Enterprises, he has led projects in asset management, securitization, and cross-border investment solutions.
Gerardo holds a BSc from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and is a CFA AZEK charter-holder, is fluent in Spanish, German, and English and combining Swiss-Mexican roots with global expertise.
